The Masters in Health Incident Command, validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), is the first degree of its kind in the UK. It recognises there is no education or training for health commanders and is informed by serious incidents such as Hillsborough, the Clapham train crash and the 7/7 London bombings.
